💎 How to Claim

To claim an item during a live:

• 
  Comment “C” + item number (price) and the letter code if provided
  
• 
  Claims are based on what appears first on my screen. Please note that this could look different than yours.
• 
  Please claim responsibly! A claim is a commitment to pay.

All sales are final; no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review the item's condition before claiming/purchasing. I will highlight any imperfections I see during the live sale, but some may be missed. I will always reshow and encourage you to take screenshots of your claimed items.

💰 Deposit Policy for Live Sales (New Customers only)

For first-time buyers:

• 
  A $15 deposit is required before claiming items
  
• 
  This deposit goes toward your final total
  
• 
  Deposit is non-refundable

Navigate to my website, click under Live Sale, and there you will find the link to pay your deposit

Please DM with your first and last name so I can match your username to your deposit

Returning customers do not need a deposit 🤍

📦 Shipping Policy

• 
  Shipping is calculated based on weight and location
  
• 
  Orders will be shipped within 7 business days (unless otherwise stated) after payment
  
• 
  Tracking will be provided once your order ships
  
• 
  Moss & Moonstone is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once shipped
  

💳 How to Pay

• 
  Invoices will be uploaded to my website under " Live Sale Claims" within 24 hours of the live
  
• 
  Payment is due within 24 hours of posting
  

👉 Failure to pay may result in:
Order cancellation
Loss of deposit
Loss of access to future lives

📦 Open Box Policy

(Open box = combining multiple live orders to save on shipping)

• 
  You may keep an open box for up to 3 weeks. Please use code OPENBOX at checkout.
  
• 
  When you are ready to ship your box, check out without the code
